Musee de la Pharmacie
Musee de la Pharmacie focuses on the history of pharmacy, surgery, and medicine in general. There are numerous displays and artifacts here, and herbariums and surgical implements are among these. There are also two recreations of pharmacies, one from the 19th century, and another from the beggining of the 20th century.

Musee du Vieux-Montpellier focuses on the history of Montpellier. The collection here is quite large, and contains clothing, furnishings and other objects from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and the French Revolution.

Musee des Moulages
Musee des Moulages features over 3,000 pieces of art, many of which are reproductions of ancient sculptures. Representations of Gothic and Renaissance art are located here, as are Greek and Egyptian items. Regional art from Languedoc, Provence, Auvergne, and the Rhone Valley are also represented here.

Musee Fabre
A variety of works covering several different eras are displayed at Mus�e Fabre. The original pieces in the collection were sent to Montpellier in 1803 by Napoleon. The museum is named for local painter Francois Fabre, and following his death, most of his collection was donated to the museum.

Musee d'Anatomie
Musee d'Anatomie is located in the oldest medical facility in France, and the conservatory was created in 1794. It contains dissected anatomical organs, rare specimens, and a variety of items that can only be described as monstrosities. A surgical theatre was built in 1806, and visitors can visit this, as well as other areas of this large medical facility. In the gardens there is a statue of Fran�ois Rabelais, the 16th century doctor and author of "Gargantua".

Musee d'Histoire Naturelle
Musee d'Histoire Naturelle focuses on natural history. Over 15,000 specimens of animal species are highlighted here, and there are collections of osteological and palaeontological items. One of the main attractions is a mummy, discovered in 1982. An ethnological section features pieces from Polynesia, such as masks, weapons, and sculptures dating from 1817 to 1825.

Musee Atger
Musee Atger is home to a rare collection of drawings. Approximately 1000 drawings are on hand here, and these date from the Renaissance to the 19th century. The majority of pieces in the collection were donated by Roger Atger, who gave his collection from 1913 to 1933. Italian, French, and Flemish works are all contained here.

Musee de l'Infanterie examines the hisotry of the French infantry from 1480 until the present day. The exhibits showcase such items as mannequins in uniforms, flags, documents with illustrations, and pictures.
